Sarvangasana (Shoulder stand) is also known as queen of all asanas. This asana is very benefital for body. It is good for stomach as it strengthen the digestive system and cure various stomach related problems like constipation etc. It also makes a person strong and active.

Procedure of Sarvangasana (Shoulder stand)

Step 1: You should lie down on your back.

Step 2:

Keep your hands near the body and slowly lift the feet.

Step 3:

Support the back with hands and the elbows should touch the ground at the same time. The chin should touch the chest.

Step 4:

Stay in this position for some time and slowly revert to initial position.

Note:

The persons who cannot perform Shirsha Asana should do this Asana.
