Vivo has launched the successor of V15 Pro, which is Vivo V17 Pro, in India today. The gadget was launched in an event held today at 12 PM (IST) with the tagline “Clear As Real”. The launch event was streamed live on YouTube. Vivo V17 Pro is the world’s first 32MP Dual pop up selfie camera. It features fast charging support up to 18 Watt, while the battery size is 4,100 mAh. For security purposes, it is equipped with fast under-display fingerprint sensor and, additionally, features face unlock too. Talking about the face unlock, one can’t use it directly. It will come into action once the security check is not fulfilled by the fingerprint sensor 3 times.
The Vivo V17 Pro runs on Funtouch OS based upon the Android Pie, while the gadget is powered by 674 AIE Octa-Core processor. Interestingly, V17 Pro users don’t have to sacrifice on the headphone jack. It’s there, in size 3.5 mm, at the base of the gadget. Moreover, there’s only a single variant of this gadget which comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB in storage. For more innovation, a Smart Button has been added to the left side of the gadget which activates the Google Assitant upon pressing, while on the double click of this smart button activates Jovi Image Recognizer into action.
